01 DESIGN
All departments are strictly in accordance with the latest national standards or relevant international standards to ensure that products and international synchronization. The design process is carried out with advanced auxiliary tools such as Auto CAD Pro/E. The results will be reviewed and approved by experts with rich working experience. Other standards and special designs can be implemented according to customer requirements, including the implementation of ASME, API JIS DIN and other standards or customized for customers.
02 PROCESS CONTROL
From raw material procurement to production, welding, processing, assembly, inspection and packaging, each stage is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the quality manual, each order must be checked repeatedly by the technical engineering department and quality management department, all special user requirements are summarized to Qc | (issued for each project). In the quality control instruction, the quality management department regularly calibrates and maintains the testing instruments and equipment to ensure accurate measurement and test results. The company regularly organizes training, for welding, inspection and other special positions of personnel, are qualified to ensure the quality and safety of certified personnel.
03 QUALITY CONTROL
The quality management department is fully responsible for the quality of the products and supervises the implementation of the manufacturing quality and standards at each stage of the circulation, including the inspection and management of the materials received in warehouse, the manufacturing process, welding, assembly, pressure testing, cleaning, painting and packaging. If necessary, a complete test report is collected in the form of a "technical data package" and sent to the user.
04 STRESS TEST
Each valve should be tested according to GB/T, JB/T, ISO pressure test standards, or in accordance with the pressure test standards reached with customers. In our factory, commissioning equipment is integrated into the production control inventory management system. In order to ensure that the pressure test meets the specified requirements, in order to ensure the safety of users.
05 EXCELLENT TEAM

06 QUALIFICATION ASSESSMEN
Every batch of our valves or equipment has to go through a series of comprehensive tests and judgments before leaving the factory. Through functional tests to determine whether the products are qualified, to determine their action coordination, reliability, through comparison to determine whether they meet the implementation of standards and order requirements, to ensure that customer requirements are implemented.
