KGZSQ type pneumatic three-way quick cut-off valve is the execution unit in the combined instrument of the pneumatic unit. It receives the signal from the regulating instrument to control the cut-off and connection of the fluid in the process pipeline or switch the flow channel. The product has the advantages of fast speed, large operating force, novel valve body design, fast flow rate, small water hammer in the case of fast cut-off, large allowable pressure difference, and excellent sealing performance. Therefore, it is widely used in automatic control and remote control systems of production processes in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, textile and other industrial sectors.
KGZSQ pneumatic piston type straight-through single-seat cut-off valve has the advantages of novel design, compact structure, fast opening and closing speed, large operating force and excellent sealing performance. Structure and principle Pneumatic piston cage shut-off valve consists of two parts: pneumatic piston actuator and hand-operated mechanism, which are connected by a bracket in the middle. According to the type of adjustment structure, the pneumatic quick shut-off valve can be divided into three types: straight single-seat shut-off valve, straight-through cage shut-off valve, and two-position three-way cage shut-off valve. There are two types of pneumatic piston actuators: single-acting (spring return) and double-acting (double intake). Using single-acting actuators, the action mode of the whole machine can be divided into air-closing type (horizontal pipeline connection) and air-opening type (horizontal pipeline disconnection). The sealing form of the pneumatic quick shut-off valve is divided into two types: hard seal and soft seal, which are respectively suitable for different temperature and pressure working conditions.
