ZMC/ZSC pneumatic piston shut-off valve (piston shut-off valve for short) is the execution unit in the combined instrument of the pneumatic unit. It receives the signal from the regulating instrument to control the cut-off and connection of the fluid in the process pipeline or switch the flow channel. This product has the advantages of large operating force, novel valve body design, small flow resistance, large rated flow coefficient, large allowable pressure difference, and excellent sealing performance. Therefore, it is widely used in automatic control and remote control systems of production processes in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, textile and other industrial sectors.

 

ZMC/ZSC pneumatic piston straight-through single-seat cut-off valve has the advantages of novel design, compact structure, large operating force and excellent sealing performance. Structure and principle Pneumatic piston type shut-off valve is composed of two parts: pneumatic piston type actuator and linear stroke adjustment mechanism, which are connected by a bracket in the middle. According to the type of regulating structure, the pneumatic piston shut-off valve can be divided into three types: straight-through single-seat shut-off valve, straight-through sleeve shut-off valve, and two-position three-way shut-off valve. There are two types of pneumatic piston actuators: single-acting (spring return) and double-acting (double intake). Using single-acting actuators, the action mode of the whole machine can be divided into air-closing type (horizontal pipeline connection) and air-opening type (horizontal pipeline disconnection). Pneumatic piston shut-off valves have two sealing forms: hard seal and soft seal, which are suitable for different temperatures and pressures.
