The feed and discharge valves of the reactor are generally used at the bottom or top of the reactor. If the reactor is equipped with a flange, the size of the flange at the bottom of the reactor needs to be provided before purchasing; it is easy to operate, free to open, and flexible in movement; the valve disc is easy to assemble and maintain , The sealing structure is reasonable, and the sealing ring is easy to replace.

Applicable medium and temperature:

(1) Use media such as water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, and benzene (the temperature of WCB material is -29°C-425°C).

(2) Use media such as particles, oil, pulp, and carbon dioxide gas (stainless steel can be used at a temperature of -60°C-232°C).

(3) It is strictly forbidden to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF, etc.) and strong alkali and phosphoric acid (temperature less than 150 ° C, concentration > 30%).

(4) The general working temperature of stainless steel is ≤150°C, and the pressure range is 0.6-2.5MPA. If it exceeds this limit, it must be specified when ordering.
