AW series valve for pneumatic actuators is our company specially designed for large ball valve, butterfly valve which is developed, based on the principle of superposition, the cylinder torque using independent double cylinder double piston, through the connecting rod function and the fork in the center of the double bore forces, easier to manufacture large size large torque of pneumatic actuators, at the same time with u-shaped curve output torque features more suitable for large diameter ball valve, butterfly valve.
The actuator adopts steel cylinder body, special coating is used in the cylinder, the piston rod increases strength and wear resistance through quality adjustment and surface treatment to increase service life, and the sliding friction part is provided with oil bearing and guide ring to reduce friction coefficient.
By setting the reset spring, double-acting and single acting the role of the two different ways, according to the different control requirements can be configured manually operating mechanism to achieve have no incentive to manually open or close the valve, through the solenoid valves, limit switches, locator, filters and other accessories, implement different control mode.
