If the handwheel information of the stop valve is lost, it is not allowed to use a wrench instead, and it should be cooperated in time. Packing glands are not allowed to be skewed or have no pre-tightening gap. The stem should be equipped with a protective cover to protect globe valves that are susceptible to environmental developments that are polluted by rain, snow, dust, sand, etc. The scale on the cut-off valve should be kept complete, accurate and clear by the students themselves. The globe valve seal, bonnet and pneumatic accessories should be complete. It is not allowed to knock, stand on or support heavy objects on the globe valve in operation; especially for non-metallic valves and cast iron valves, it is necessary to strictly prevent the protection, management and maintenance of the valve during grease injection. After the valve technical professional standard maintenance personnel work, it plays a very important role in serving the valve in the operation of the enterprise production company. Carrying out correct and orderly effective maintenance and self-maintenance will protect the control valve and make the valve normal. Functional analysis and continuous extension of the valve needs to use the network life. The content of valve maintenance research work seems to be relatively simple, but in fact we are not. There is also an aspect of our work that is often overlooked.
1. Cut off the valve for fat injection, often neglecting the amount of fat injection. After refueling, the operator selects the connection mode between the valve and the refueling, and then performs the refueling operation. There are two different situations: on the one hand, the amount of fat cell injection is small, and the fat injection ability is insufficient, and the sealing surface wears faster due to lack of lubricant. On the other hand, excessive injection of fat causes waste. It cannot be accurately calculated according to the type of valve and different sealing capabilities of the globe valve. Calculate the sealing capacity according to the size and model of the stop valve, and inject a reasonable amount of grease.

Second, the pressure management problem can often be ignored when the globe valve is greased. During the fat injection operation, the fat injection pressure regularly changes from the peak value to the valley value. Low pressure, leaking or failed seals, high pressure, plugged grease inlet, hardened seal grease or seal lock with ball and disc. Typically, when the injected capital pressure level is too low, the injected grease proceeds to flow into the bottom of the valve cavity, which usually occurs in a small gate valve. If the oil injection pressure is too high, check the oil injection nozzle on the one hand, and replace it if the oil injection hole is blocked; Different seal types have different grease injection pressures, and the grease injection pressure of hard seals is generally higher than that of soft seals. The ball valve is usually in the open position during maintenance, and in special cases, the valve is closed during maintenance. Other valves should not always be considered open. During maintenance, the gate valve must be in a closed working state to ensure that the grease fills the sealing groove along the sealing ring. If the company is in an open market position, the sealing grease will directly fall into the flow channel or valve cavity, resulting in waste of resources.
