According to the quality characteristics of butterfly valves, our company has introduced international advanced CNC valve special machine tools to process butterfly valve equipment and a set of effective and reliable technology, so that the processing accuracy of valves is guaranteed by machine tools. The introduction is as follows:


The valve body
is shown in the figure. After the inlet and outlet flanges, the inner hole and the inner seam are processed first, then the inner seam is positioned (so that the design reference, the process reference, and the assembly reference are coincident). The boring machine (three-axis linkage) automatically and continuously processes the shaft holes at both ends and the end flange shaft holes in one clamping, ensuring the accuracy of the shaft holes and the coaxiality of the two holes. Drill each connecting hole on the CNC vertical valve machining center (three-axis linkage) to complete the machining.
 
Butterfly 
plate The butterfly plate is shown in the figure. First process the plane and the process seam, and then position and press it on the special machine tool for the sealing surface of the CNC butterfly valve. The cone angle γ of the sealing surface is guaranteed by the machine tool. The surface is finished, and the two-axis hole is bored according to the program on the special boring machine for CNC valves. The commonly used sealing surface processing method is to complete the intermittent cutting on the vertical lathe, which not only has low dimensional accuracy and efficiency, but also cannot reverse the R fillets on both sides of the sealing surface.
 
Seat sealing surface 
The sealing surface of the valve seat is processed on a special machine tool for the sealing surface of the CNC butterfly valve. The cone angle γ of the sealing surface is guaranteed by the machine tool, and the three-axis linkage system completes the processing by high-speed milling of the inner sealing surface according to the program. 
 
In order to ensure that the valve 
stem and electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and other driving devices can be assembled to adjust the angle limit arbitrarily, and do a good job in the speedy assembly of other driving devices to achieve the purpose of complete interchange, we will change the valve stem head in a special CNC The involute small modulus splines are milled on the spline milling machine, which overcomes the difficulty of assembling the valves without boring holes in the past butterfly valve processing.
